The BaseCamp outdoor climbing platform, located The Whitney Peak Hotel, looks directly out on the Reno Arch and downtown Reno.
The menu will be a family style setting featuring three delicious courses, a dessert and a wine pairing:

Wild mushroom cheesecake chicken and waffle fritters

Arugula and beet salad
Entrées
Grilled vegetable lasagna, hanger steak and grilled salmon
Sides will be mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus

With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Colin Smith integrates tradition, innovation and creativity into his craft. Colin attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and began his career as an apprentice in the kitchens of European chefs throughout the Bay Area.
