Prepare this yummy steak sauce, and up your barbecue grilling game this summer! This sauce is also found with the Hangar Steak at Roundabout Grill.
6 cups ketchup3 3/4 cups brown sugar3 cups chopped white onion3 cups water1 1/2 cups lemon juice1 1/2 cups white wine vinegar1 ½ cups Worcestershire sauce3/4 cups soy sauce3/4 cup molasses6 tablespoons Dijon mustard3 tablespoons garlic, chopped3 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring6 tablespoons house rub1 1/2 cups horseradishsalt/pepper to taste
Place all ingredients into a pot except horseradish and bring to a simmer for 45 minutes
Take off heat and blend until smooth, and season with salt/pepper
Let cool and then stir in horseradish
